The Catholic Academy consists of three schools: Pope John High School, Pope John XXIII Middle School, and Rev. George A. Brown Memorial School, all in Sparta. Attending the liturgy were students, staff, faculty, clergy, alums, and families from the Catholic Academy. Members of St. Therese School in the Succasunna neighborhood of Roxbury Township, N.J., also attended the Mass. Priests of the Catholic Academy and beyond concelebrated the Mass with Bishop Sweeney.
“Together as an Academy, we celebrated Mr. O’Keefe’s commitment and devotion to our community,” the Catholic Academy posted on social media.
