Thaddeus Giansanti was born with kidney disease and has undergone multiple surgeries including one to remove a non-functioning kidney when he was an infant. Parents Christa and Carlo are turning to the community for help to find a living donor for their son. Neither parent is a match for the 13-year-old who is now faced with a single declining kidney and is in urgent need of a transplant. According to his doctors, if Thaddeus does not receive a kidney transplant within a couple of weeks, he will need to be put on dialysis.
