<p>The event started with Bishop Sweeney celebrating Mass at St. Margaret of Scotland Parish in Morristown. Father Duberney Villamizar, St. Margaret’s pastor and diocesan vicar for Hispanic affairs, and Father Sebastian Munoz Chavarria, the parish’s parochial vicar, concelebrated the Mass with the bishop.</p>

A few of them carried signs in English and Spanish that promoted respect for life as they prayed the rosary for an end to abortion. Alyssa Renovales, Respect Life coordinator of the Paterson Diocese in New Jersey, joined the solemn procession.</p>
<p>A Mass and procession for life are held on the first Saturday of the month at 8 a.m. at St. Margaret’s. Priests and faithful from around the diocese are invited to join.</p>
